This website page serves as an invitation from iPredator for you or your business to become a member of the iPredator Team and participant in our endeavor to encourage online users and their loved ones to practice Internet Safety. As a participant in our efforts, iPredator will advertise and post your contact information, business or organization on our website, www.iPredator.co, at no cost. iPredator’s mission is to educate and help online users and the community combat and prevent cyberbullying, cyberstalking, cybercrime, cyber terrorism and online sexual predation.

With community support and word of mouth, iPredator Inc. hopes to one day encourage a large corporate entity or federal agency to initiate a sustained national Internet safety and iPredator education and awareness campaign. To achieve this goal, community activism, support and word of mouth is necessary.

The term, iPredator, is Dr. Michael Nuccitelli’s theoretical construct what includes the categories of cyberbullying, cybercrime, cyberstalking, cyber terrorism, cyber harassment, cyber abuse and online sexual predation. At the end of 2011, Dr. Nuccitelli was honored to have “iPredator – A Global Internet Predator Theory” be the cover article in the Forensic Examiner published by the American College of Forensic Examiners International. The definition of iPredator is as follows:

iPredator™: A child, adult, group or nation who, directly or indirectly, engages in exploitation, victimization, stalking, theft or disparagement of others using Information and Communications Technology (ICT.) iPredators are driven by deviant fantasies, desires for power and control, retribution, religious fanaticism, political reprisal, psychiatric illness, perceptual distortions, peer acceptance or personal and financial gain. iPredators can be any age, either gender and not bound by economic status, race or national heritage.

If you are interested, you can choose to be an Advocate, Consultant or Team Member. As stated above, your participation costs nothing and you will never be solicited for funds. Given Dr. Nuccitelli and iPredator predicts they will be contacted and monitored by online users engaged in nefarious and malevolent activities, you will be required to set up a brief phone meeting with Dr. Nuccitelli to introduce yourself prior to being listed. As Dr. Nuccitelli states, “Let’s verify people the old fashion way, by a simple 5-10 minute phone call.”

If you are an advocate, your information is posted in the iPredator Resource Links & Library. If you become a consultant or team member, your website, blog and/or social profile links will also be published here in the iPredator Team & Consultants page and in the iPredator Resource Links & Library. The three groups to join with requirements are as follows:

Advocate: A business, professional or organization in an industry not related to Information and Communications Technology, Crime, Investigation, Law, Forensics, Healthcare, Homeland Security or Education. Advocates are never contacted unless they request contact. The requirements to be an Advocate is as follows:

• 1. Speak with loved ones about Internet Safety and Digital Citizenship.
• 2. Work within your community to encourage Internet Safety, Digital Citizenship and iPredator Identification.
• 3. Speak with your community religious and educational institutions about encouraging discussions about education on Internet Safety, Digital Citizenship and iPredator. Identification.

Consultant: A business, professional or organization in an industry that is related to Information and Communications Technology, Crime, Investigation, Law, Forensics, Healthcare, Homeland Security or Education. If a referral is requested, Dr. Nuccitelli and iPredator Team members will encourage site visitors and consumers to contact you if they reside in your geographic location or catchment area. Consultants may have their educational articles and information posted at the site or as blog postings at their Internet safety blog, Dr. Internet Safety, or their criminal and cyber criminal psychology blog, Dark Psychology. Consultants are never contacted unless they request contact or Dr. Nuccitelli or iPredator team members’ contact you about a potential referral. The requirements to be a Consultant is as follows:

• 1. Speak with loved ones about Internet Safety and Digital Citizenship.
• 2. Work within your community to encourage Internet Safety, Digital Citizenship and iPredator Identification.
• 3. Speak with your community religious and educational institutions about encouraging discussions about education on Internet Safety, Digital Citizenship and iPredator Identification.
• 4. If referred by iPredator, it is expected your fees will be discounted.
• 5. If Dr. Nuccitelli or iPredator team members schedule educational media within your geographical region or catchment area, you are contacted to participate as a guest expert along with Dr. Nuccitelli or iPredator team members (always optional.)

Team Member: An iPredator team member is anyone who is receptive to actively participating in iPredator’s mission to educate online users on cyberbullying, cyberstalking, cybercrime, cyber terrorism and online sexual predators. iPredator team members have access to all of Dr. Nuccitelli’s 26 checklists and inventories to use in your professional careers or to educate the public. iPredator team members, their services and websites are actively marketed to consumers who contact iPredator and reside in your geographical location or catchment area. Consultants may have their educational articles and information posted at our site or as blog postings at our Internet safety blog, Dr. Internet Safety, or criminal and cyber criminal psychology blog, Dark Psychology.

iPredator team members are consulted on all future functions of iPredator and their mission. iPredator team members can be anyone, from anywhere and need not be employed, wealthy or “connected.” Lastly, all iPredator team members are included in the iPredator Protected membership free of charge and you receive the Protected logo to publish on your website or in the images section of your social networking profiles. The requirements to be a Consultant is as follows:

• 1. Speak with loved ones about Internet Safety and Digital Citizenship.
• 2. Work within your community to encourage Internet Safety, Digital Citizenship and iPredator Identification.
• 3. Speak with your community religious and educational institutions about encouraging discussions about education on Internet Safety, Digital Citizenship and iPredator Identification.
• 4. If referred by iPredator, it is expected your fees will be discounted.
• 5. If Dr. Nuccitelli or iPredator team members schedule educational media within your geographical region or catchment area, you are contacted to participate as a guest expert along with Dr. Nuccitelli or iPredator team members (always optional.)
• 6. Help Dr. Nuccitelli and iPredator brain storm methods to create methods to expand their mission.
• 7. Work to become skilled at iPredator identification and maintain a resource list of law enforcement, attorneys, educators, public officials and community agencies for your community to disseminate if needed.

Please Note: Anyone interested in becoming an advocate, consultant or team member must first speak with Dr. Nuccitelli briefly via telephone or Skype to confirm your identity and intentions before being listed in the iPredator website. For confidentiality purposes, participants may request to not be listed on the site, not be sent referrals or not given their contact information to media.

Dr. Michael Nuccitelli is a New York State licensed psychologist and certified forensic consultant. He completed his doctoral degree in clinical psychology in 1994 from the Adler School of Professional Psychology in Chicago, Illinois. In 1997, Dr. Nuccitelli became a licensed psychologist in New York State (License # 013009.) In 2006, he received the Certified Forensic Consultant designation from the American College of Forensic Examiners (Identification # 103110.)

In September 2011, Dr. Nuccitelli established iPredator offering the private & public sectors educational and advisory services regarding cyber bullying, cyber stalking, cybercrime, cyber terrorism and Internet predators. In June 2012, Dr. Nuccitelli and iPredator launched their long anticipated website, www.iPredator.co, offering site visitors an incredible amount of information, education and advisory services. Dr. Nuccitelli has extensive career and academic experiences. His areas of expertise include forensic & criminal psychology, ICT forensic psychology, psychiatric & psychological disorders and developmental psychology.
